If we make a mistake on your order (such as shipping you the wrong quantity or wrong items) you may return the incorrect items at no charge and we will pay the return shipping.
If you make a mistake (such as ordering the wrong items or ordering more than you need), you may return the items you don't want under the following conditions:
- Return within 30 days of purchase
- Return in unopened boxes, in resalable condition
- Pay a 15% restocking fee (in other words, you'll receive 85% of your purchase price back after the items are received back)
- Pay return postage
- You obtain an RMA from us before returning the items.
